It almost drove the barracks insane, the tap-tap-tapping of the spoon. But after several months I laid the tool aside, and after drilling a small hole through the center of the nickle I began enlarging the hole until I had a nice-looking ring. Everyone liked it.

I could be wrong, but didn't they crucify sinners upside down? Now wouldn't that whole scenario you created be something...
